So its been a loooonnngggg time. Lets see. I just finished our first week at training camp and now as I write this, I’m sitting in Frankfurt on our 15 hour layover. I thought this was a great time to do a little update. I had some time to kill:)
Back to training camp. It was awesome. At first, a little scary, but really, it was a much needed change. Let me set the scene for you. We slept in tents. We showered with hoses. Had no hot water. Brushed our teeth with our nalgene bottles, and we pottied in port-a-potties. Back to being simple. It was fabulous. It was a great time to just go back to the basics, go back to just a whole lot of God time. Over the week we had intense Bible Study, ministry training, team builders, and other stuff to get ready for Africa. My team is wonderful. God did an AMAZING job putting us all together. I’m in awe of how God has blessed me with amazing leaders and fellow teammates. God has BIG plans for us.
So what’s next? Well, in about four hours we finally get on our plane and head to J’burg. We are there for about three weeks or so, and in that time we will be doing local ministry, more training, and going to Swazi for a week. Can’t wait! Just wanted y’all to know that I’m alive and well! God is sooo good and I am just thirsting for Him more than ever.
Continue to pray for my team, my leaders, and the people we are coming in to contact with. Ask Big. Ask with Boldness. Ask with no doubt. Have a great week! Not sure when I will have internet again, but I will update as much as I can! God bless!!!!
I love you, Aaryn! Isn’t training camp SO much fun (& tiring)? Have a blast traveling & I look forward to the next time we can talk.
Will you have Skype available for phone conversations…ever?
LOVES!

And enjoy Swazi its another going back to the basics place. You will love it. Take time to look up into the sky at night and be blessed by what God can do. Hi, Aaryn! It’s Tiffany’s mom. Since she has no computer, I am counting on you to keep me updated and so far, you get high marks! Please give her my love whenever you get a chance to read this. I am praying for y’all “without ceasing”! (Or every time I think of you, which is as much as I possibly can!)
God bless your team!
